When it comes to selling a home, not all real estate agents are alike. The services an agent offers can make the difference in a transaction. I work hard with you to reduce the stress that comes with selling a home and keep you from losing thousands of dollars that can come with too much time on the market or unnecessary repairs. Placing a sign in the yard and listing it on the MLS is just not enough.
From the time we establish our first meeting together, I will go over the process of selling a home. We will put a plan of action in place to get the most amount of money for your home in the shortest amount of time on the market. We will balance buying a new home during this meeting. I will be there every step of the way from taking the photos until we reach the closing table. Do not put your biggest investment into just any agent's hands.
